Carefluence: Demystifying healthcare interoperability

The brief

Carefluence builds an ONC-certified, FHIR-based platform that connects electronic health records, telemedicine, remote monitoring and more. The catalogue is deep and technical. The site revamp site had to make it understandable to buyers, developers and partners alike.

What we built

A WordPress site organised around the way visitors think: Products, Solutions, Our Excellence and Resources, including news and blog posts, ONC certification details and a glossary of terms. A “who benefits” section lets each audience, from EHR vendors to health information exchanges, find its own starting point, and Book a Call is never more than a click away.

Why it works

The glossary lowers the jargon barrier, audience-led entry points shorten the path to the right product, and every page leads to one clear next step.

The brief

Project Raise is a national collaborative, facilitated by Equal Community Foundation, working to raise gender-equitable boys in India. It needed a home that could recruit member organisations, share training and evidence, and show collective impact.

What we built

A membership site with one clear ask on the homepage: become a member. Behind the log-in sits a resource library covering campaigns, curricula and toolkits, monitoring and evaluation tools, research, resource persons and types of intervention. Public pages cover what members get, what is expected of them, impact figures, events, member stories and an FAQ.

Why it works

Visitors see what membership offers before they commit, and members get a single place to find everything the network produces.

I’m More Than A Cover: A magazine with a young female voice

The brief

I’m More Than A Cover is a magazine for and from girls and young women, a safe space to hear other women’s journeys and to navigate the pressures around them. It needed a site that felt like theirs.

What we built

A homepage that leads with the latest issue, an archive of past issues, and ten article categories ranging from Ask Ceci and Creative Corner to Health & Wellness, Male Allyship and Style. A contributors page, a clear route to contribute or become a patron, and a free subscription sign-up keep the community growing.

Why it works

Readers can browse by what matters to them, contributors have an obvious way in, and every page invites a subscription.

Doggy Bag Co.: A pet-food shop that earns trust

The brief

Doggy Bag Co. believes pets should eat real food. Its store had to be as carefully made as its recipes, and make a new kind of pet nutrition feel easy to try.

What we built

A WooCommerce store organised two ways: by pet (dog or cat) and by product (fresh meal trial packs, meal toppers and wholesome treats). Favourites and sale prices sit on the home page with add-to-cart buttons, while Our Story, Our Philosophy, Pet Talkies and the Doggy Daily blog build trust. A live Google reviews panel puts customer voices where shoppers can see them, and shipping, cancellation and refund policies are easy to find.

Why it works

Trial packs lower the barrier to a first order, the shop is easy to browse, and the content explains the “why” behind the food.
